Differential pressure regulators are automatic valves designed to maintain a constant pressure drop on the equipment. This is ensured by maintaining pressure equilibrium in the control head equipped with a diaphragm and a valve cone connected to it. They are used in central heating systems on central heating distribution networks, as balancing fittings in places with different available pressures.
